Caliente Mexican Pizza

Made a Mexican pizza tonight…tasty!

Easy and delicious, filling and spicy..Here’s what I did:

Layered the following ingredients:

• Pizza dough, spread on a stone, baked for about 10 minutes at 400F
• Layered a can of refried beans, cooked chicken and veggie sausage crumbles seasoned with peppers, onions and taco seasoning, paprika, jalepenos. Adjust seasoning to your heat comfort!
• Can of black beans
• 1/4 cup of corn
• Shredded pepper jack and mozarella cheese

Put pizza back in 400F oven and bake until warm and crust is golden brown, cheese melted and bubbly.

I put out bowls of chopped lettuce, crumbled corn chips and salsa to put on top.

Delicious..add a margarita or sangria…you are set!
